This is a beautiful project, a broadcast for internet focus on art films, short films, films festivals, for creators or audience, kind of film archive but with a permanent update by the users, you can vote, rank or select films. Interesting concept by Joan Jimenez and the support and development from Arroba Networks, and Tea Time Studio (on art direction and design).
